Roman Removals Bath Ltd. is a long established removal firm based in the beautiful City of Bath.
Founded by David, who after 12 years of running his own recruitment company in London decided to take a change of direction and so, at the beginning of 2012 established a local removal service in Bath.

Top Tips
Label
Label all boxes with which room they're due to go to, and a description of what's inside. Put these labels on the top and side of the box so you know what's inside when they're stacked.
Keys
Ensure you have the keys to your new house, or have arranged to collect them in advance and gather together keys for all locks from you old home.

Prepare a Moving Day Survival Kit, containing everything you need to get through the day unscathed. Click link for survival kit examples
Royal Mail
If you don't know who is moving into the property you are leaving, use the Royal Mail's Postal Redirection service to ensure that any bills or other mail you've not changed your address on still reaches you.
Freezer Bags
Put screws and bolts from bits of furniture in freezer bags and stick it to the relevant piece of furniture with masking tape.
Need to know
It will help if you let the removal company know the following things:
The amount of furniture you're moving, so they can choose an adequately sized van and plan the number of journeys needed between your old and new home.
Clear instructions and directions to your new property.
Arrange a parking space for the removal van.
Always tell the removal firm well in advance of pieces of furniture which won't go through the door.
